I always had trouble to focus during meditation and thought it's impossible for me. Back then, I thought I would never just ‘get it’.

The struggle was real but as I’ve learned - it doesn’t need to be. It’s time to give your mind the peace it’s been craving. I remember the first time I meditated for 30-minutes straight yet it felt like 5. My whole body felt elevated and a surge of warm energy filled me up. It was a state of bliss I had never experienced before.

It was then that I realized that I wasn’t ‘bad’ at meditating. It was that I wasn’t doing meditations that were made for my mind - one that is very active and constantly going. I needed something that helped me to get into my body and out of my head. Something that I felt connected to and could easily focus on. Something that had a spiritual essence to it that took me deeper into my Self.
