It can feel impossible to quiet the mind down. There’s so much to do and not enough time in the day. Plus everyone else’s thoughts and opinions who are in your head.

I hear you and have been there.

When I look back into my journal, I can see all the times I’ve written how I’m having trouble to focus on meditation. Back then, I thought I would never just ‘get it’.

It was a serious struggle but as I’ve learned - it doesn’t need to be. It’s time to give your mind the peace it’s been craving. I remember the first time I meditated for 30-minutes straight yet it felt like 5. My whole body felt elevated and a surge of warm energy filled me up. It was pure bliss.

It was then that I realized that I wasn’t ‘bad’ at meditating. It was that I wasn’t doing meditations that were made for my mind - one that is very active and constantly going. I needed something that helped me to get into my body and out of my head. Something that I felt connected to and could easily focus on. Something that had a spiritual essence to it that took me deeper into my Self.

That is what the 21-Day Meditation Challenge is all about!
